We take server uptime very seriously and work to ensure that downtime is minimized.

Our websites are distributed across multiple servers so that if an outage is experienced, the impact is reduced. For an unexpected outage, you can be assured that our team will be focusing on investigating and rectifying the situation.

One of our Australian WordPress servers is currently experiencing an issue.

This is being investigated by our Support Team as well as the Hosting Team.

We have been advised that the Data Centre were performing a necessary security update. This was  completed efficiently and the issue has been resolved.
