Jamie’s Fine Dressings are made from fresh and local ingredients from the Swan Hill Region.

Jamie Hooper, now resides and cooks on the shores of Lake Boga, 10km south of Swan Hill.

Jamie has been a chef for many years and created the original “Poppy Seed Dressing” for friends and family whilst entertaining, which Jamie loves to do!

Demand for the recipe or containers of the dressing grew, and so Jamie increased production and started to create new and tantalizing dressings and preserves in increasing numbers.
